Yes Folk's, F**K Cancer and Heart Disease ! Having just been diagnosed with Coronary Heart Disease, a number of minor heart attacks, losing a close Dear Friend recently to cancer, returning to do my Angling Odyssey Again 'Catch a fish in all 33 London Authorities' part 2...

Gave myself 12 months to complete last time, left till the last few months at the worst time in winter. This time will be doing in the warmer months, it's a race against time. Plan to complete in days... Be doing this for charity and will be finalising details and be doing  this to raise funds for Heart Charity... More details to follow
